EA SISTEM Ltd. is one of the first Croatian brokerage houses established on June 6, 1990 with the initial capital of 4,000,000.00 kn. Since its establishment it has been an active participant on the Croatian capital market and can proudly present its status as one of the first brokerage houses to carry out the transaction on the Croatian capital market. EA SISTEM Ltd. is a member of both the Zagreb Stock Exchange and the Varaždin Stock Exchange. In addition, it is a member of the Central Depositary Agency Inc. Zagreb.

EA SISTEM Ltd. offers the following services:

• Mediation in purchase and sale of all types of securities as ordered by the client (natural or legal person) from the indirect receipt of the order, via e-mail, fax or phone, through the realization on Croatian capital markets, to the payment and the delivery of the final settlement of accounts on the executed transaction at the close of the market day or on the first following workday. Settlements of accounts are delivered via e-mail or by post.
• On-line trade for the existing clients of the brokerage house EA Sistem Ltd. and new perspective investors.
• Opening investor accounts for all new clients. Opening of an investor account is free of charge
• Paying for stocks either in installments or else on a one-time basis to the Croatian Privatization Fund using the bonds of the Republic of Croatia, i.e. "frozen foreign exchange deposits"
• Representation on auctions through the Varaždin Stock Exchange and the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Mediation in the sale of the stakes in the companies which the Croatian Privatization Fund sells for cash through public auctions (on the Zagreb Stock Market) or for "rights" of RHMF-A-A or RHMJ-A-A (on the Varaždin Stock Exchange).

The possibility of stock trading on foreign stock exchange markets (Banja Luka Stock Exchange, Belgrade Stock Exchange, Sarajevo Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, Tokyo Stock Exchange…)
